Are Typology Products Good? 6 Typology Products I am Currently Loving for my Acne Prone Skin

Hi babes!

I am so excited to share a new-to-me brand that I have been loving over the last few weeks!

As many of you know, my son has celiac disease, and that has sent us on a journey of filling our home with cleaner products and food with unnecessary additives and ingredients we have to google. I have started making a shift in lots of my skincare and makeup and for the past few weeks, I've been trying Typology. This brand was actually started because the owner's daughter had sensitivities as well and he had a difficult time finding skincare that wasn't packed with bad things he couldn't recognize—so he created his own line with fewer products and clean ingredients. I am absolutely loving it so far, here are the products I want to highlight today!

7-Ingredient Cleansing Oil

This minimalist formulation is fragrance-free and suitable for even the most sensitive skin types.

I use this oil morning and night to wash my face and remove makeup.

Organic Peppermint Hydrolate

Purifies and cleanses the skin, while visibly tightening enlarged pores

After the oil, I use this Hydrolate as my toner.

Gentle Resurfacing Serum with 10% Lactic Acid + Acerola Extract

Highly concentrated in lactic acid, this serum gently exfoliates skin for a more even, radiant complexion.

I use this following the cleanser and toner.

Radiance Night Serum Botanical Blend with White Rose

A white-rose, rosehip, and geranium rose overnight oil that increases radiance and helps regenerate skin while you sleep.

I use this oil every 2-3 days at night and follow up with the moisturizer.

Tan-Complexion Serum Botanical Blend with Buriti

Composed of six plant extracts and rich in beta-carotene, this serum revives complexion's radiance with an immediate subtle tan.

This product is part of my morning routine!

9-Ingredient Face Moisturizer

The texture is lightweight and non-greasy. Fragrance-free.

Along with the tan-serum, I use this in the morning and at night.

Here's a little recap of what I use day vs. night,

in the order I apply them!

Day

Cleansing Oil, Hydrate, Tan-Serum, and Moisturizer

Night

Cleansing Oil, Hydrate, Lactic Acid Serum, Night Oil (2-3 nights a week), and Moisturizer

I have loved that these products not only work, but I can trust what is in them! It is one small part of feeling more comfortable and confident in our family's adjustment to a celiac-free home.
